Important things to know

Booking

We generally open our appointment book for up to 3-4 weeks from the current date. If you are unable to find availability in that time frame you have three options:

  1. Keep an eye out for cancellations

  2. Check again in a week as new spaces are opening up

  3. Join our waitlist

You will be required to pay for your haircut online via the booking system, so have a payment card handy.

Preparing your hair for the appointment

  • Please come with your hair worn completely out that has been left to dry naturally.

  • It’s ok to have leave-in conditioner or moisturiser in your hair.

  • No hard gels or sticky products, please.

  • No hats, head bands or helmets to be worn prior.

  • I need to see your hair in its natural state for best results.

  • We are not Deva cut trained therefore do not offer strand by strand haircut.

  • We encourage our clients to embrace their big hair, natural texture and frizz.
